The combined experience of the SCL Directors and Associates dates back at least 40 years and has had a significant impact in the transformation of the building infrastructure especially in Uganda. SCL boasts of a wealth of a skilled team of professionals whose professional background, qualifications and remarkable experience has led to successful completion of building projects in East Africa especially in Uganda.
The Team of professionals at SCL has substantial amount of experience in all phases of Project Management and Design. SCL takes full responsibility of all project phases from feasibility studies through project design to construction management during construction. The firm is therefore competent to handle the entire contract management of small projects to building projects of high complexity.
